Pet Aftercare & Cremation Services

At Heaven’s Leash, we provide compassionate and dignified aftercare services for your beloved pet. Whether you choose communal cremation or private cremation, we ensure that your pet is treated with the utmost care and respect.

Private Cremation

This is the most requested service, and it provides the return of ashes in your choice of several beautiful urns. We offer this private cremation service for pet owners who wish to have their pet’s ashes returned. Your pet will be cremated individually, using industry-standard identification tags—the same used in human aftercare—to ensure proper handling. A certificate of service is also issued upon completion of that service and included in your memorial package.

With this service, you will receive:
✅ Your pet’s ashes in an urn of your choice (selected at pickup)
âś… A clay pawprint as a keepsake
âś… Personalized return of the urn and pawprint to your home, office, or preferred location

Specialty urns and memorabilia are also available in our online shop (coming soon) for those who wish for a more customized tribute.

💙 Cost: $375 (includes removal, private cremation, urn, and pawprint, delivered within 7–10 days). Pets over 100 lbs will incur a $25 additional fee.

Communal Cremation

This service includes the gentle removal of your pet from your home* and a communal cremation process. While ashes are not returned, you will receive a ceramic or clay pawprint as a lasting tribute to your pet.

In communal cremation, pets are respectfully cremated together but in separate compartments, and ashes are not collected individually. Instead, they are spread in a dedicated memorial park space—and never in landfills.

💙 Cost: $255 (includes removal, cremation, and return of the pawprint within 7–10 days).

Payment & Process

  • Payment is required in full at service or before services are provided and can be made via Venmo (preferred), PayPal, or CashApp. Cash is accepted, but no change is carried. Checks are not accepted. We do not have payment plans or currently participate in “pay-over-time” platforms like Klarna, Afterpay, etc. We are unable to accept partial payments.
  • When you contact us, we will confirm the total cost over the phone or via text and send a secure payment link. Payment must be completed before arrival or at the time of pickup.
  • *New* – Prepayment or prearranged care is available.
  • As a courtesy, we will also notify your regular veterinarian and groomer of your pet’s passing to help prevent future reminders in the mail, which can be an emotional burden.

*We must pick up your pet from inside your home or backyard property. We cannot and will not be able to remove pets from car-related accidents, in the streets. This decision is not only for our safety but because of current solid waste licensing regulations within the county.
